St Helena Refit 2020 / 2021

After four months involvement in the refitting of St Helena for Extreme E, the Atlantic Marine Interiors Team are pleased to see the extent of their work being used to its full potential in Extreme E's first X Prix in AlUla.

The Team worked across the ship, including the Bridge, VIP and Owners Suites, VIP lounge and Bar, Laboratory, Restaurant, Galley, WC and shower areas as well as installing A60 and B15 doors, bulkheads and deckheads.

Paul Tedoré - Atlantic's Project Manager said "The Clients Project Manager, Mark Bullock, The Designer, Neptun Ozis and the whole Crew made this project all the more enjoyable, working extensively across the ship whilst she was getting ready to sail with these awesome cars aboard was a challenge, but working closely together was key. We commenced in October 20 in Cammel Laird - Birkenhead at the height of the COVID-19 Pandemic - whilst Liverpool was under tight control, complicating matters. The fact that the ship remained COVID free and the programme was met is testament o all involved in this project. We will be watching with interest as the ship travels around the world highlighting environmental issues".
